Crocs announced it was closing its last shop on Tuesday, but the shoe company insisted it would not leave the store.

"In line with ongoing efforts to facilitate business and increase profits, the company closed its production facilities in Mexico in the second quarter and continued plans to close its latest manufacturing facilities in Italy," the company said Tuesday.

The company does not explain how it will continue to produce shoes that send fans to Twitter's madness. However, the company insists it will not leave the business.

Crocs did not immediately respond to CNBC's request for further comments.

The stock closed at 2.65 percent at $ 17.64 on Tuesday after announcing second-quarter production. Stockpiles rose more than 3 percent on Thursday.

Crocs reported sales of 35 cents per share, exceeding the Thomson Reuters 31 consensus budget analyst. Sales for the quarter totaled $ 328 million, exceeding the estimated Factset of $ 321 million.

The company continues to expect revenues of $ 240 to $ 250 million in the third quarter.

The company also announced that Carrie Teffner, executive vice president and CFO of casual shoes brands, will leave the company in April. Teffner will be replaced as CFO by Anne Mehlman, former Vice President of Corporate Finance for Shoemaking and Cappuccino Zappos at this time.
